Every year we seem to be one of the last clubs to announce the Pre Season Friendlies. I have been critical of this in past seasons and with the quality of them as well. Other clubs appear to get better friendlies and have already published them even the ' New Club ' up the A.47.

There are V.I.P's coming from as far a field as Australia and Spain who would love to visit for a match but need to know so they can put the dates in their schedules ! !

Are there matches agreed yet and if not why not ?

If there are ANY matches agreed why have they not been posted here ?

Sorry to be sarcastic but put Boston Town , Yaxley or March in those free dates and there are the same boring friendlies yet again.

I know great efforts are being made to get a League side here for the 'Official ' opening of the new ground and hopefully that search will prove fruitful ! ! !

Tony , I like your Australian Select XI but I feel that Dame Edna and Joan Sutherland are past the ' Veteran ' stage. I would replace them with Bec Cartwright and Natalie Imbruglia. I had not heard of Jennifer Hawkins before but having looked for on the Internet she is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS ! ! ! !

We Brits could not be beaten by a Aussie XI so I have selected a Brit XI that is a younger squad and therefore fitter:

Goalkeeper: Cheryl Fergison: Big Girl! ! Eastenders fans will know who she is ! !

Back Four: Holly Willoughby, Catherine Jenkins,Gemma Atkinson and Abi Titmus.  All these four have fantastic Knockers to help stop any attackers.

Midfield: Louise Redknapp, Rachel Stevens, Rachel Riley and Sarah Harding. All VERY fit which you need for a good midfield.

Strikers:  Abby Clancy and Cheryl Cole: I need to say nothing more about these two gorgeous beauties

P.S : Send the men in White Coats around as  I think I need rehab: I am meant to be running a business not playing silly devils on the P.C. ! ! ! ! ! ! !

As it's the silly season....indulge me on this one.....but I was born in the Clarkson... and grew up in Wisbech St Mary....and was always told "We'll send for the green van" when having a nutty moment or two....Everywhere else I've lived and travelled they've said....as Dave does...send for the men in white coats......Now...was my "Green Van" just something my parents said...or is it a Fenland saying...??

March wanted to play us in the week before the season started in the BKD Cup, but Apps didn't want to play any friendlies that week.

Bad news for The Australian Select Hot Chic X1---I am very saddened to report that Dame Joan Sutherland took a shocking fall from her Zimmer frame in a warm up Friendly against the New Zealand Slapper X1---Naomi Watts has been called into the side

Yes thats true--but she was raised here--so if it wasnt for us she'd still be sh*tting her nappy and going  "gga ga go go"---so we're keeping her---do we to go to the tribunal on this?------go check out your cricket team?

I totally agree about the cricket team. To many 'foreigners ' playing in County cricket so our own talent cannot develop. By the time of the next football world cup we will have a crap team as again there are so many overseas players here our own talent does not get a chance to develop.

No need to go to a tribunal about Naomi Watts ! ! ! !  However having said that I am busy selecting the rest of my squad.

SEND THE MEN IN THE WHITE COATS !

I thought they were only allowed one overseas player per county, or did I dream that...
